took my mtb to keswick glenside for a service, after being told my 03 Specialized wasn't worth spending any money on we agreed to replace tires, cables ,brake pads and generally tighten things up $250. first time out the chain was skipping, as the chain and cables were supposedly changed I thought perhaps the cassette was wornand causing the problen. Came to replace the cassette and find the lockring wasn't even finger tight, the rear derailleur cable , definitely in need of replacing hadn't been. Before the service the chain hadn't been skipping, the only problem I'd had was the gear change was a bit lazy at times. I'll never go back again, I've used other local bike shops before and always been satisfied. I tried Keswick because my wife had recently bought a bike from them . They are either incompetent or aren't the enthusiasts they pretend to be.
Never again.
